Merisa Sherman joins Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty’s Killington office

KILLINGTON—Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced that Merisa Sherman has joined the company’s Killington office as a realtor.

Originally a Killington weekender, Sherman grew up a competitive ski racer and avid skier. She attended Deerfield Academy, graduated from Colgate University and did her graduate studies at Fordham University before making Killington her home. She has been a ski instructor for Killington Resort, a ski coach for Killington Mountain School and a bartender at the Birch Ridge Inn and then finally went into the family business as a real estate agent.

Sherman is a licensed Realtor with many years of experience and a great knowledge of the Killingon Pico area. She specializes in the second home market and is an advocate of the Killington lifestyle, which she promotes in her weekly newspaper column, “Living the Dream.”

Sherman has served both the town and community in many different roles over the years and currently serves on the Development Review Board and is an elected trustee of public funds.

A Killington resident and homeowner for over 20 years, Sherman loves her log cabin lifestyle, finding adventure in every day. When not working, you will find her enjoying all that the Green Mountains have to offer, including: hiking, trail running, swimming, paddling, camping, climbing, biking, motorcycling, snowmobiling, quilting, gardening and, of course, skiing.

On joining the Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty team, Sherman commented, “I am honored and excited to begin the next chapter of my real estate career with Four Seasons Sotheby’s International Realty and look forward to providing my clients with the highest quality of service and results in the Killington Pico area.”

Nathan Mastroeni, regional manager for greater Vermont, added, “Merisa comes to our Killington office with an amazing knowledge of the area, the condos, the homes, and all the details of Killington Resort and Pico Mountain. She will be a great addition to our Four Seasons Sotheby’s Int’l Realty office and we look forward to many years of Merisa helping her clients acquire their dreams here in Vermont.”
