SVAC is pleased to announce that its annual Art from the Schools exhibition will take place in the Elizabeth de C. Wilson galleries from March 20 – April 22, 2021. SVAC is thrilled to be hosting this exhibition in person after having to go virtual in 2020.
Art from the Schools is Southern Vermont Arts Center’s celebration of student art from around southern Vermont. Not only does this project allow students the incredible learning experience of presenting in a real art gallery, but it brings our guests the joy of seeing the vibrant, colorful creativity of young artists at work. “We are so thrilled that our students get to show their art in such a beautiful venue!” said Long Trail School Arts Department Chair, Anharad Llewelyn.
SVAC’s galleries will be filled with drawings, paintings, and sculpture by students from these area schools:
