The Rutland County Humane Society (RCHS) is currently in need of foster parents who are interested in fostering dogs or cats for us. RCHS would supply everything you need including food, bedding, toys, litter pans, medications etc. You would provide love, socialization, feeding and caring for them, giving them any necessary medications and maybe dropping them off or picking them up at their veterinarian’s appointments.
Each animal’s situation is different so the animal may be with you for a week or so or a few months. It’s very rewarding and a great way to help out! To learn more please contact our Shelter Manager, Sue, at sue@rchsvt.org or at 802-483-6700 ext 204.
