Learn quick pickling with Chef Emery in the Billings Backyard Series

Add flare to your favorite winter dishes

Saturday, Jan. 23, at 10 a.m. —WOODSTOCK— Join Billings Farm’s Chef Emery Gray live on Zoom and learn how easy it is to add flare to your favorite winter dishes and international favorites with quick pickles!

Follow along with Chef Emery as she creates a variety of tangy pickles using hearty veggies such as carrots, cauliflower, beets, and cabbage and delicate favorites like red onions, grapes, ginger, and cucumbers.

This interactive live Zoom workshop is accessible from anywhere and will be presented on Saturday, Jan. 23, from 10 – 11:30 a.m.
