RUTLAND — On Monday, Nov. 23, the Vermont State Police identified Jonathon Houghton, 35, of Holyoke, Massachusetts, as the victim of homicide. Following further investigation and an autopsy.

The death was reported early Sunday morning, Nov. 22, at the Quality Inn in Rutland.
