RUPERT—To offset the revenue lost from cancelling Old Home Days, the Rupert Volunteer Fire Department will be holding a fish fry on July 11 from 5 p.m. till 8 p.m. on the carnival grounds in Rupert. The menu will include fish, French fries, coleslaw, and fried dough balls (with your choice of cinnamon sugar or powdered sugar). Not a fish lover? There will be chicken tenders available. Dinner cost will be $10. Car hop service will be provided as long as parking is available, or you can get take out. If you plan on attending, please RSVP. Or if you have any questions, please contact Kelli Lewis by calling 802-394-2491, or e-mailing her at klewis@brsu.org.
