Park Place Florist and Garden Center offers curbside service for mom

Sunday, May 10—RUTLAND—Mother’s day is Sunday, May 10. In these challenging times, we are all seeking a way to brighten others’ days. Who better to send love to than your mom! She will be so impressed that even now you managed to make sure she receives her well deserved tribute.

Despite many restrictions which we are all facing, Park Place has figured out a way to get you beautiful flowers. They have created a new website, parkplaceonline.net,which enables you to order your Mother’s Day flowers online. You can arrange to pick them up curbside or with enough notice they can deliver them for you using no person-to-person contact. Receive 10% off your initial order as one of Park Place’s preferred customers.
They have great options for mom. Lush hanging baskets and patio pots are always appreciated.  New this year, gift cards are available. They also have roses and a few fresh floral arrangements to choose from, which may be the florist’s choice of flowers, depending on available supply.

They will need more notice than usual, so they are asking you to place orders now and be flexible on delivery/pick up dates to ensure that your mom does not get left out.

During the governor’s “Stay Home, Stay Safe” order, the flower shop is closed to customers until at least Monday, May 15.  The outdoor space and greenhouses have been approved to open to a very regulated amount of customers for the time being.

Also, so many of you are inquiring, Park Place is so happy to report that, “Yes, they are growing all your garden flowers for you. Jerry has been hard at work daily caring for three greenhouses full of beautiful, lush annuals. You can look forward to beautifying your oasis when it becomes safe to plant them around mid-May.”

Park Place Florist is located at 72 Park St. in Rutland. Call 802-775-2626 for more information or visit parkplaceonline.net.
