Alphabetized intake debuted for UI claims

The Vermont Department of Labor has implemented an alphabetized structure for the intake of weekly claims and inquiries based on the first letter of their last name.  The structure took effect on Sunday, April 12.

The structure is: Sunday (everyone), Monday (A-E), Tuesday (F-L), Wednesday (M-R), Thursday (S-Z), and Friday (Everyone)

Those with questions about their claim may call (877) 214-3332 based on the same last name structure except Saturdays are open to everyone and Sundays are closed.
