Residents of the town of Killington head to the polls Tuesday to vote on several town officers (all uncontested), as well as general fund expenditures of $4,788,644 for the fiscal year beginning July 1. Also on the ballot are property tax due dates and community assistance funding for the BROC.
On Monday, March 2 at 7 p.m. a public informational hearing will be held at Killington Elementary School, on matters to be voted on March 3 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Killington Town Office at 2706 River Road in Killington.
Also on March 2 at 6:30 p.m., the Killington Select Board will convene a public hearing on proposed zoning bylaws to allow accessory dwelling units within accessory buildings. More info at killingtontown.com.
