Vermont State Police are investigating a death in Clarendon after a middle-aged male was found dead under the Route 7 bridge on Feb. 11.
Police said the man was believed to be homeless and was living under the bridge for some time.
A passerby on Route 7 called police after seeing the man around 11:30 p.m. on Feb. 11.
The body was transported to the Chief Medical Examiner’s Office in Burlington for an autopsy to determine cause and manner of death. Police said the death is not considered suspicious.
The Vermont State Police are continuing to investigate. Anyone with information to help positively identify the male is asked to contact Detective Trooper Lauren Ronan at 802-442-5421.
