Saturday, Dec. 28 at 11 a.m.—SPRINGFIELD— Gallery at The Vault announces a special Open Wall opportunity for local artists, 2020 Vision: Seeing Clearly. Artists offer perspectives that often capture a moment in time, render a particular detail, or prompt an emotional response. As we enter this new decade, what visions can we present that allow us to consider it with thoughtfulness, awareness of diversity, optimism, and beauty?
Open Wall is a non-juried show for local artists living within a 30-mile radius of Springfield. All artistic levels and types of artwork are welcome, but do check the Open Wallguidelines at galleryvault.org. Deliver Open Wall entries on Dec. 28 11 a.m.-5 p.m. or Dec. 30 from 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m..
Gallery at The Vault is a Vermont State Craft Center located at 68 Main St. in Springfield. Stop in to see the current Open Wall exhibit, Dance of Color, and shop the beautiful handmade items for unique holiday gifts.
Holiday hours are Wednesday-Saturday 11 a.m.-5:30 p.m. and Friday nights until 7 p.m., also Sundays and Mondays from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
