Winners named in 2018 AJGA tournament

Winners of the American Junior Golf Association Junior Golf Championship received trophies on Thursday, July 5.

Abigail Wiranatha of West Covina, California, was named the champion on the girls side with the final low round and tournament-total of 7-under-par 206 while Frankie Harris of Boco Raton, Florida carded the boys division win with 9-under-par 204.

About 140 golfers from all over the world, ages 12 to 19, competed in the tournament July 2-5 at Green Mountain National Golf Club in Killington.
