Police investigate Wallingford robbery

WALLINGFORD—Police are looking for an unidentified suspect wanted for a robbery that occurred at the Citgo Station in Wallingford, on Feb. 4.
Troopers from the State Police Rutland barracks responded to the Citgo station located at 172 N. Main St. for a report of a robbery on Saturday evening. Police said a man entered the store and demanded the cash drawer. The man then took the cash and left the area on foot. He was described as approximately six feet tall, wearing a black ski mask, jean jacket with a gray hoodie underneath and jeans. The suspect also wore multicolor gloves. No weapons were displayed.
An investigation is ongoing. Those with any information pertaining to this case are asked to call the Vermont State Police at 802-442-5421.
