HARTLAND — Vermont State Police have arrested a Massachusetts man in connection with a bank robbery in Hartland over the weekend.
The robbery occurred at 10:15 a.m. when a man entered the Hartland branch of the Mascoma Savings Bank on Route 12 at the junction with U.S. Route 5 and demanded money from a teller.
