Saturday, Dec. 10 at 12 p.m.—RUTLAND—On Dec. 10 from 12 noon until closing, the friends and family of Denise Everett will be holding a benefit dance at the Elks Club in Rutland. Everett is just 41 years old and has breast cancer.
Admission by donation is $5 at the door. Funds will be raised for Denise and the local cancer society in Rutland.
There will be a 50/50, food box, and bike raffles—among other raffles—throughout the day. Baked goods will be available for sale, and buffet-style food will be available for all, plus great music.
