Saturday, Dec. 3 at 5:15 p.m.—RUTLAND—The Paramount Theatre will present its annual benefit auction, Festival of Trees, on Saturday, Dec. 3. Doors open at 5:15 p.m. and the auction, under the direction of auctioneer Bob Prozzo, will begin at 6:45 p.m.
This festive, high-octane party has become the area’s premiere not-for-profit benefit auction. The 2016 Festival of Trees will include both a silent and a live auction featuring more than $100,000 in goods, services, vacation home getaways, gift certificates and one-of-a-kind experiences.
Admission is $10 and includes a variety of delectable hors d’oeuvres expertly prepared by Roots the Restaurant along with a sea of sweets and pastries from A Dozen Eggs Bake Shoppe. A cash bar will be available.
The Paramount Theatre, a registered 501(c)(3) not for profit, is currently in its 18th season of bringing live entertainment to central Vermont. More information is available at paramountvt.org or 802-775-0903.
