Sunday, Sept. 25 at 5 p.m.—RUTLAND—On Sunday, Sept. 25, the Rutland Area VNA & Hospice (RAVNAH) will celebrate a beautiful night of giving at “Bella Notte,” an annual fundraiser to benefit the hospice program. Hosted at Southside Steakhouse in Rutland, the event will feature cocktails starting at 5 p.m. and a delicious dinner along with irresistible live auction items to make the evening entertaining, memorable and fun.
The hospice program, serving patients in Rutland County, Dorset and Rupert, is a philosophy of care that offers special treatment options for persons with life-threatening or terminal illnesses and provides a variety of support services for patients and their families.
“Thousands of our neighbors, family and friends have benefited from hospice services over the years,” said Bill Bannerman, co-chair of the event. “Events like this are critical to raise funds for this very important program. We are grateful to all of our sponsors and donors for their generous support of our mission. Their support is invaluable and allows us to provide the compassionate, personalized care for our patients and their families living with serious illness.”
