Sunday, Sept. 18 at 2 p.m.—MIDDLETOWN SPRINGS—Historian William Powers will give a slide presentation, “The Powers Family—From Mitchelstown, Ireland to Middletown Springs, Vermont” at the 47th Annual Meeting of the Middletown Springs Historical Society on Sunday, Sept. 18 at the Historical Society Building, 10 Park Avenue. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. with a dessert buffet, and a brief business meeting and election of Trustees for 2016-17. Mr. Powers will lecture at 2:30 p.m.
The meeting is free and accessible to people with disabilities. All are welcome.
