Friday, Sept. 9 at 7 p.m.—RUTLAND—Rutland South Rotary Club is holding its annual fundraising raffle, on Friday, Sept. 9 at Spartan Arena at the Diamond Run Mall. Doors open at 7 p.m., and drawings begin at 7:30 p.m.
Grand prize is $10,000 plus numerous other cash and door prizes. A $110 donation admits two. Catering will be done by East Creek Catering. There is a limited number of tickets available.
Rutland South Rotary Club has been donating scholarships to local area high schools for almost 40 years. Its mission also includes supporting many projects and organizations benefiting area youth.
