Hurricane Hill 5k/10k Trail Run held Saturday

Saturday, July 23—WHITE RIVER JCT.—The Hurricane Hill 5k/10k Trail Run will take place on Saturday, July 23. The event is part of the Western New Hampshire Trail Running Series.

Race Day Registration will be from 7–8:30 a.m. with the race starting at 9 a.m. The cost is $20 on race day for participants over 14; 14 and under are free to join.

The 5k is open to runners, walkers, families and youth. The 10k is for runners only and is the official race for the series. The race start is a 3/4 mile walk from UVAC. A shuttle bus will be provided.

The community run benefits the Friends of Hartford Track, a 501c3 non-profit organization and Hartford Parks and Recreation.

Parking and registration will take place at the Upper Valley Aquatic Center (UVAC) located at 100 Arboretum Lane, White River Junction. All participants will receive a 50 percent off coupon for day passes to the UVAC during race weekend.
