PROCTOR — Baseball season is upon us, and the Proctor class of 2021 is offering the 3rd annual Proctor Home Run Derby to support the class, currently the PHS seventh grade class, on Saturday, June 26. This event will be held at the Proctor Youth League Fields. Registration will start at 10 a.m. and our first contestant will step up to the plate at 11 a.m. There will be full concessions including snacks, drinks, candy, Long Ball Dogs, and colossal Grand Slam Burgers.

This event started as a simple idea three years ago to help fund the Boston trip for this class. It has now grown into a Proctor community event and is reaching well beyond to other communities as well. It is the organization’s vision is to see a 20th annual Home Run Derby.
