Wednesday, May 4 at 11 a.m. — RUTLAND — The Vt. Department of Labor will sponsor a free job fair from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 4 at the Franklin Conference Center, 1 Scale Ave.,Rutland. Doors open at 11 a.m. to Veterans only; at 12 p.m. to the general public. Over 30 employers will attend, including some of Vermont’s largest employers. Job seekers should dress in business attire and bring résumés to present. Free transportation will be provided. A shuttle bus will run from 10:45 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. Pick up is at the back of the Asa Bloomer Building.
