Polly Lynn and Jason Mikula celebrated their marriage on April 2, 2016 with the love and support of friends and family. Jason’s son Sam and his daughter Emery stood with Jason and Polly as they united their families at Riverside Farm in Pittsfield, Vt. Polly’s sisters Christy and Elsie and their partners Sam and Oliver were also members of the bridal party. Kenosha, the couple’s loving Bernese Mountain dog, carried the rings down the aisle.

Parents of the bride Sarah Harrison Lynn, of Middlebury, and Angelo Lynn and Lisa Gosselin Lynn, of Leicester, gave their blessing to the newlyweds, along with parents of the groom Louise and Richard Mikula, of Montreal.

Polly and Jason are co-publishers and current owners of The Mountain Times newspaper. They took the reins of the local newspaper on Oct. 1, 2011.

Polly won the Spartan Fittest Bride race held in October 2015, winning the grand prize— a wedding package at Riverside Farm. The couple is honeymooning in Thailand.
