KT Tunstall headlines the annual outdoor spring concert Sugar Daze in Okemo’s Jackson Gore Courtyard. Tunstall is famous for single “Black Horse and the Cherry Tree.”

Saturday, March 12 at 2:30 p.m. — LUDLOW — While sugar makers all over Vermont will be tapping maple trees and collecting sap for maple syrup, Okemo Mountain Resort will be tapping into the sweet sounds of a live outdoor concert with Sugar Daze, a free musical performance on Saturday, March 12, featuring KT Tunstall with special guests Seeking Homer and Chadwick Stokes from the bands Dispatch and State Radio.

Okemo’s Jackson Gore Inn courtyard will transform into a concert venue with a beer garden and delicious food from 2:30 to 8 p.m. The concert will start at 3:30 p.m. with Seeking Homer, a band with a signature sound and a rising buzz in the music industry. The band’s versatility touches on elements of rock, reggae, country and jam sounds. At 5 p.m., Chadwick Stokes takes the stage. His timeless tunes and strong vocals have a familiarity that transcends his relationship with Dispatch and State Radio. Headlining the concert, KT Tunstall will perform at 6:30 p.m. Known for her beautiful melancholic folk pop sound, the Scottish singer has six UK top 40 tracks to her name and a legion of fans.

Admission to the concert is free and Okemo is offering a limited number of $49 VIP passes that include concert credentials, access to a front-row viewing area, three drink tickets and a $15 food voucher valid at the Roundhouse Cafeteria.
