Saturday, Feb. 20 at 9 a.m. — WEST RUTLAND — The Carving Studio and Sculpture Center presents two workshops on Feb. 20 as part of the new Sculpture Saturdays. Participants in “Make a Ring” with Joe Montroy will be introduced to skills allowing them to bring home a unique and personal piece of silver jewelry. “Alabaster Carving” with Scott Cahaly will demonstrate the beauty of this translucent and easily worked stone. Both sessions are scheduled for 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with tools and materials provided.
