Sunday, Dec. 13 at 10 a.m. — RUTLAND — College of St. Joseph will host the third annual Freezing Finals 5k walk/run on Sunday, Dec. 13 at the CSJ campus in Rutland.
The fun run or walk will begin at the college’s Clementwood Mansion at 10 a.m. Registration starts at 9 a.m.
Wear your warmest winter layers, and don’t forget those Christmas sweaters, because the event includes an ugly sweater contest, with prizes awarded for the top three ugly sweaters.
The Freezing Finals will be held rain, snow, or shine. Free refreshments, including hot cocoa, will be available at the finish line.
This pet-friendly event costs $10 for adults. Youth ages 16 and younger can participate for free. All proceeds from this 5k will support Wonderfeet Kids’ Museum, a nonprofit that “fosters curiosity, inspires exploration and engages the imagination through play.”
