Dec. 1-2 — BRANDON — The Friends of the Brandon Free Public Library silent auction will be held from Dec. 1-4. Place bids whenever the Library is open: Tuesday from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Wednesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.; on Friday, the auction will close at 1 p.m. Special items were donated by local patrons, artists and Brandon businesses. Preview items will be available in the live Auction on Sunday, Dec. 6.
The library will also be holding a special holiday used book sale as part of Brandon’s Moonlight Madness on Wednesday, Dec. 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. featuring an assortment of fiction and non-fiction for all ages, as well as CDs, a selection of holiday books, and refreshments for all.
