PITTSFORD — The Rutland County Humane Society’s “Waggin’ Tails Winter Online Auction” starts on Nov. 20 at 8 a.m. and goes until Dec. 7 at 10 p.m. The Rutland County Humane Society (RCHS) will be hosting the online auction featuring a number of fun and unique items for people and their pets, plus gift certificates for local shops, restaurants, lodging, travel and more.
