“30 Minute Fitness with Amy Lewis” debuts on PEGTV

The debut episode of “30 Minute Fitness with Amy Lewis” aired on PEGTV Channel 15 this Monday, Oct. 26 at 10 a.m. The new monthly show features personal trainer Amy Lewis sharing and showing valuable information and exercises that will help viewers reach fitness goals or live a more healthy lifestyle. The show is also scheduled to air Tuesdays at 2 p.m. and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. If viewers can’t watch during those times or do not have cable television they can also watch at pegtv.com and see the full episode “on demand.”

PEGTV, Rutland County’s community television network, reminds residents that anyone can produce programming, too, for free! Anyone interested can call the studio at (802) 747-0151 and sign up for a brief VIP (Volunteer Independent Producer) class. Once certified, residents will have access to our studios, editing bays, and field equipment.
