Attendees lined up down the sidewalk to visit everyone’s favorite monkey on Saturday, Oct. 3 as part of Phoenix Books Rutland’s Grand Opening week. The free event began at 11 a.m. at Phoenix Books Rutland, located at 2 Center Street. The Grinch will be visiting in early December, look for details coming soon.
