Oct. 10 and 11 — RUTLAND — The Chaffee Art Center presents the 54th annual Autumn Art in the Park on Oct. 10, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Oct. 11, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Art in the Park, a celebration of artistic creativity, is held in Main Street Park at the corner of Routes 4 and 7 in Rutland. The festival draws an estimated 7,000-10,000 visitors every year and will host 100 new and returning vendors in fine art, clay, metal, glass, fiber, jewelry, natural body products, mixed media, photography, wood, specialty foods, and more. It’s a great chance to start your holiday shopping. There will be art demonstrations, live music, delicious food, and children’s activities.
Autumn Art in the Park has been voted at “Top Ten Fall Event for 2015” by the Vermont Chamber of Commerce.
