Friday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. — CHITTENDEN — The Wildwood First Friday Open Mic returns to the Church of the Wildwood, 347 Holden Rd. in Chittenden on Friday, Oct. 2 at 7 p.m. The public is invited to enjoy some of mid-Vermont’s most creative talent performing at this popular community event. Musicians, poets and storytellers of all ages are invited to share their talents with an enthusiastic audience that is welcome to sing along and/or just sit back and enjoy the show. The acoustics are great but a sound system is provided for those who want it.
The first 10 performers who call Donna Martin at 802-483-2234 or email tweetybirddonna@gmail.com will be assured a 10-minute show spot. Hurry! Spots fill up fast. Delectable desserts and hot beverages will be available. A portion of the free-will donations of this event will benefit Rutland County Audubon Society.
