RUTLAND — If you wish to enter a float, marching band or ghoulish group in this year’s Halloween Parade, visit rutlandrec.com/Halloween for the registration form. Entries are due by the end of Thursday, Oct. 8. Line-up positions will be released the following week to all entered participants. Entry to the parade is free.
