Quechee Club hosts New England Open

QUECHEE — Up to 120 players will compete for a $50,000 purse in a 36 hole, stroke play championship organized by the NEPGA.

The Quechee Club, Vermont’s premier golf destination, is home to the 2015 NEPGA New England Open. PGA members, apprentices, non-PGA professionals and amateur golfers will tee off on Tuesday, Sept. 8 and Wednesday, Sept. 9, in a 36-hole stroke play championship. The overall low scorer for 36 holes will be declared the champion. In the event of a tie, a hole-by-hole playoff will immediately follow play.  The New England Open purse stands at $50,000 in cash prizes. For more information, visit www.quecheeclub.com.
