PLYMOUTH — There have been many improvements made in Plymouth this summer, including to the Plymouth Schoolhouse’s playground, located at the old Plymouth Elementary School. The playground is open to the community of Plymouth. With the opening of the Plymouth Schoolhouse this summer, the town committed to improving the playground to make it safer for everyone to enjoy by purchasing wood padding for the bottom of the playground. The revamping was done through community volunteers donating their time and equipment, and the help of the Plymouth Selectboard. Campers from the local camp Farm and Wilderness also came last week to help spread out the new wood mulching that was added to the base of the playground.
