Saturday, July 18 at 11 a.m. — CASTLETON — Members of the Castleton Community Center Basket Party Committee have been busy collecting over 100 baskets and raffle items for the 8th Annual Basket Party Raffle to be held Saturday, July 18 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Hall in Castleton. Drawings start at 1 p.m. $5 admission includes 25 tickets for chances to win over 100 outstanding gift baskets and door prizes. Additional $3 tickets can be purchased for over $2,500 in valuable raffle items and gift certificates. Lunch and snacks will be available for purchase during the event. All proceeds will be used for the Castleton Community Seniors programs and services for the community.
