Andrew Schain of Bentley’s leave restaurant to open new restaurant

WOODSTOCK — Stonewall of Woodstock Corp. operator of the landmark restaurant, “Bentleys” in the center of Woodstock, Vt., announced June 8 the departure of Andrew Schain, an employee and co-proprietor of Bentleys since it was newly established in April of 2013. Maria Freddura and John Ruggieri-Lam, principal shareholders of Stonewall explained that Schain had been presented with an “excellent opportunity in Quechee” to open a new restaurant establishment.

Ruggieri stated: “The owners of Bentleys and our entire staff join us in thanking Andrew for his service and dedication to the company; and we wish him the very best of success with his new endeavor.”
