May 23 and 24 at 10 a.m. — FAIR HAVEN — May 23 and 24 is the statewide Open Studio Weekend, sponsored by the Vermont Crafts Council. Look for the yellow road directional signs. Karen Deets Stained Glass is number 81, at 728 Moscow Road, Fair Haven.
Deets’ work is a culmination of visual observation and glass techniques that she has been using for over 30 years and new techniques that she has been using for just a few years.
Her current projects include artistic private commissions as well as a series of patriotic local barnscapes for the upcoming show at the Brandon artists Guild, Art of the Flag, with Warren Kimble, Robin Kent and Mike Mayone.
