RUTLAND — Laura M. Edwards, LICSW, Pediatric Social Worker from the Community Health Team, was honored as Rutland Regional Medical Center’s Clinical Employee of the Quarter, and Lisa Barker, Budget & Financial Reporting Manager in Finance, was honored as the Rutland Regional Non-Clinical Employee of the Quarter.

Employees are nominated for the award by their colleagues based on their commitment to exemplary service, exceeding expectations in their work and in support of fellow employees or to comfort or assist patients and their families.

“All of our employees play an important role in delivering quality care and creating the best possible experience for our patients,” said Tom Huebner, CEO of RRMC. “Laura and Lisa exemplify the best of who we are as healthcare providers through their dedication to our patients and the hospital.”

New donut shop opening in Ludlow
