Saturday, May 2 at 4:30 p.m. — RUTLAND — And they’re off! Chaffee Art Center hosts a Kentucky Derby Fundraiser on Saturday, May 2 from 4:30-7 p.m. at Southside Steakhouse, 170 South Main Street in Rutland. The goal of the event is to raise funds and awareness for the area 501(c)(3) nonprofit Chaffee Art Center.
Watch the Kentucky Derby live on big screens while sipping a mint julep. Bet on your favorite horses and bid on your favorite silent auction items. Enjoy an afternoon dedicated to supporting the arts. Derby hats are encouraged!
