RUTLAND TOWN—On Tuesday, April 14, at 3 p.m. state troopers from Rutland responded to a call at Taco Bell in Green Mountain Plaza, where an unidentified male customer had become frustrated with his food order and kicked the door on his way out. The kick caused the door to break off its hinges. Anyone with information is encouraged to contact the Vermont State Police at 802-773-9101.
