Sunday, April 19 at 6 p.m. — WOODSTOCK — Pentangle Arts is thrilled to present classical violinist Helen Kim, whose masterful and engaging performances have been profiled on national and international television. Kim will perform “Suite Populaire Espagnole” by Manuel De Falla; Sonata No. 1 in G Major, Opus 78 by Johannes Brahms; and, Sonata in A Major by Cesar Franck, on Sunday, April 19 at 6 p.m. Kim will be accompanied by acclaimed pianist, Sakiko Ohashi. The audience is invited to a pre-performance reception at 5 p.m. Both events will be at Artistree Community Arts Center, 2095 Pomfret Road, South Pomfret.
