Stop-smoking classes help make you a quitter

Wednesday, April 8 at 5 p.m.—CASTLETON—Do you want to quit smoking but nothing seems to work? The American Cancer Society Freshstart Group Program can help, and you are not alone. There are free nicotine patches, gum and lozenges available for those who register and attend this program. Even if you are using another product, you will increase your chances of staying “quit” if you join the class. This free class is being held at the Castleton Community Center every Wednesday, April 8 through Sept. 30 from 5 p.m. To register, call Sarah at 802-747-3768 or just drop in to join the group.
