RUTLAND — The 52nd annual Loyalty Day Parade will kick off an early summer on Sunday, May 3, 2015 in Rutland. The parade is sponsored by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #648. Chairman George Bates and his committee are well underway to bring Rutland a great parade.
