Saturday, Feb. 28 at 10 a.m. — POULTNEY — The eighth anniversary of Stitchy Women yarn shop in Poultney will be celebrated on Saturday, Feb. 28 during a gala open house at the shop, from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Owner Mary Lee Harris extends a cordial invitation to all.
Harris said that at the open house, Stitchy Women will be spotlighting new yarn; mystery discounts on non-sale items; and deeply discounted specials of the day. There will also be roving for the spinner and felter, drawings, door prizes and giveaways throughout the day. Bring a friend!
Stitchy Women stocks a large inventory of yarns, patterns and needles for all levels of fiber artists. It also holds instruction classes, both private and group lessons. To learn more, visit the gala open house. Refreshments will be served.
