Monday, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. — HARTLAND — The Windsor County Democratic Committee will hold its monthly meeting at Damon Hall, Hartland Three Corners on Monday, Feb. 9 at 7 p.m. This meeting will be a forum and discussion of legalizing marijuana. There will be two speakers: advocating legalization will be Matt Simon, New England Political Director Marijuana Policy Project; opposing legalization will be Debby Haskins, Executive Director, SAM-VT (Smart Approaches to Marijuana). There will be ample time for questions and discussion. Admission to this meeting and discussion is free and open to the public. All are invited.
