Saturday, Oct. 25 — RUTLAND — This Saturday, the Rutland Recreation Department will host the annual “Running Scared 5K.” The race starts and ends at the BROC parking lot downtown next to the train station. Race registration starts at 9:15 a.m. with the race starting at 10 a.m. The fee to participate is $5 if you pre-register or $10 on race day. A limited amount of Running Scared shirts will be available for sale on race day for $15. Costumes are encouraged!
