Miranda on Mountain Biking “The Beast”

By Bobby Lanctot

You may know Miranda, maybe from Killington Mountain where she is a Mountain Ambassador or perhaps from Baja Burrito where she makes one of the best Margaritas on Killington Road… or perhaps it’s from surfing the New Hampshire coastline. During the summer months, you can often find her on the Killington mountain bike trails. I had no idea what a fierce competitor she was, until she competed in the EOC Race at Killington, where she finished third overall and was one of a few female riders that competed in all events. Miranda took time out between “gondi rides” to talk with me about mountain biking, her passions and hopes for her future in mountain biking.
