Pico Ski Club’s annual ski & snowboard swap is this weekend

Friday, Saturday & Sunday, Sept. 30-Oct. 2—KILLINGTON—The Pico Ski Club’s annual Ski & Snowboard Swap and Sale will be held Sept. 30 – Oct. 2 at the Pico Mountain Base Lodge. This annual event benefits the Pico Ski Club, including the racing programs and the more than 150 participants ages 6 and up.
New and used skis, snowboards, clothing, snowshoes and equipment for kids and adults—from the recreational snow sports enthusiast to the seasoned racer—will fill the upper and lower levels of the Pico Base Lodge. The Pico season pass office and the Phat Italian will also be open throughout the swap weekend.
A huge selection of new and used equipment from Killington Sports, First Stop Ski Shop/Snowboard Barn Shop, Potter Brothers, Peak Performance, Aspen East and Basin Sports will be available along with consignment clothing and equipment from Pico Ski Club members and the public.
VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, cash and local checks will be accepted for purchases. Look for Super Sunday bargains on the last day of the sale, Oct. 2.
Hours are Friday, Sept. 30, 5-9 p.m.; Saturday, Oct. 1, 9 a.m.-4 p.m.; Sunday, Oct. 2, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Have items to sell? The Pico Ski Club uses an online consignment and swap sales system. For selling items at the swap, sellers need to set up an online account and are strongly encouraged to enter their items prior to dropping them off at the sale. New accounts can be set up at pico.twiobrand.com.
The Pico Ski Club will accept consignments of gently used, clean ski, snowboard and athletic clothing (no street clothing please), and modern alpine and snowboard equipment. All equipment must meet current safety standards. Consignments will be accepted during the following times at the following locations: Wednesday, Sept. 28, 4-6 p.m. at Pico Retail Shop; Thursday, Sept. 29, 4-6 p.m. in the Sunshine Room at Pico Base Lodge; and Friday, Sept. 30, 11 a.m.-9 p.m. in the Sunshine Room atPico Base Lodge.
