Feature guest Molly DeMellier and host Erica Spera will record a live episode at Castleton University.

Thursday, April 14 at 7 p.m.—CASTLETON—Castleton University is hosting a live taping of the hit podcast, “Shooters Gotta Shoot,” on Thursday, April 14 at 7 p.m. at the Jeffords Center Auditorium.

Hosted by professional comedian Erica Spera, this live episode will feature guest Molly DeMellier ‘14, as the two former NCAA athletes share what it’s like to be in the dating scene of New York City as headstrong, 20-something women.

Bringing her candor and comedic personality to each episode, Spera pushes guests to share what it’s like asking men out, whether it be through sliding into their DMs or sending a drink to interested parties in a bar. While it doesn’t always work out, Spera is never afraid to pit modern and old-school dating methods against one another, challenging herself and guests to not give into rejection and continue to shoot their shots.

An alum of Castleton University (‘14) and New York University (‘16), DeMellier brings her strong business acumen wherever she goes. Holding various roles in the field of public relations and corporate communications, DeMellier balances out Spera’s light-hearted personality with her business-based mindset.

Join Spera and DeMellier for the live taping of this episode. Admission is free and open to the public, but space is limited.
